GC Experts (“GC Experts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, how we share it, and your rights with respect to that information when you visit gcexperts.com (the “Site”), interact with our lead forms, or communicate with us by phone, email, or SMS text message.
GC Experts is a federal construction contracting education and consulting company owned by Sean Reitmeyer and operated from 300 Brushy Creek Rd, Suite 404, Cedar Park, Texas 78613. We help general contractors enter and grow their federal-contracting practices through training workshops, membership programs, and one-on-one consulting.
When you provide your mobile phone number on a GC Experts lead form or verbally on a recorded phone call, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from GC Experts (telephone number on file) for the purposes described above. The consent language shown on our lead forms states:
“By submitting this form and providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from GC Experts about your free federal construction consultation, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-up. You may opt out of GC Experts SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or REVOKE to any SMS from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. GC Experts SMS is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others.
GC Experts does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS content with any third party for their marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent record are used only to deliver the services you requested, and are shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of transmitting messages to you, and with our CRM (GoHighLevel) for recordkeeping. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you provide an email address, we may send transactional email (consultation confirmations, membership updates) and, if you opt in, occasional educational content about federal contracting. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link as required by CAN-SPAM.

We retain your consent records and contact information for as long as your account or consent is active, plus an additional period required by law (typically four years for TCPA-related records). You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect the information we hold.
